Yawning Druid This has sat in my wishlist for far too long. Certainly, if you are a fan of nature/folk infused black metal, this belongs in your collection. As others have stated, there must be something in the water in Indonesia, as so many promising outfits are emerging from there. Choria is no exception. Excellently crafted atmo black that is both elegant and aggressive. Favorite track: Age of Sky.

Owen W If Winterfylleth did a cover album of Cnoc an Tursa songs circa The Giants of Auld, the results would probably sound like Black Secret Beyond of Nature. The core of their sound is atmospheric black metal, but there's just enough melodic foundation, and just enough folksy touches, to make the songs more varied, emotive, and memorable. Favorite track: Age of Sky.

Kory I can't even begin to describe how refreshing this album was! Beautiful atmospheric black metal that had me hooked from the first track. Definitely on my list of top albums for 2018!! 🤘⛧⛧🤘 Favorite track: Age of Sky.

Ädäm Indonesia actually seems to become more and more a hot potato for atmospheric black metal. First Vallendusk, then Pure Wrath and now Choria. Gorgeous debut, excellent release!

On ne frappe pas un homme à terre : c'est ce que dit la règle mais NONE a déjà prouvé qu'il ne les suivait pas et si son album éponyme retirait toute perspective de béatitude spirituelle, Life has gone on long enough, son deuxième opus, nous interdit l'accès au bonheur terrestre. La vie n'a aucune substance et la production plus distante le confirme. Le DSBM s'empare de textures sonores blues, mettant en relief une dépression urbaine.
